Regular VPN Servers ProtonVPN servers in Ukraine displaying incorrect IP geolocation

We're aware of some geolocation inconsistencies affecting our newly deployed servers in Ukraine and we are actively working with these GeoIP services into correcting this information on their end. It may take a few days for this information to propagate across all major services. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience.

Planned database intervention - users will be unable to access Proton services temporarily

We're conducting a short database intervention on Sunday, June 27th, 2021, between 8:30 - 9:00am GMT+2. During this time, users will be unable to access Proton services (including ProtonMail inboxes and ProtonVPN, Proton Calendar and Proton Drive apps) for about 20 minutes. The ProtonVPN Servers in Switzerland are currently unavailable (impacting also Secure Core Servers from Switzerland). We are currently investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Regular VPN Servers ProtonVPN servers in Ukraine under maintenance

The ProtonVPN servers in Ukraine are currently in maintenance mode, as we are in the process of changing the upstream provider, in order to provide higher quality to our users and to allow us to include new infrastructure upgrades on our servers in this location. We will post an update as soon as the new servers will be operative.

Streaming Services Temporary issues with streaming services in IT and FR

Users may experience temporary streaming issues with the supported streaming services by ProtonVPN in France and Germany. Our team already identified the issues, and working on resolving the same, as soon as possible. The services in FR and IT which you may experience problems with are Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, DAZN, RaiTV.
