This morning, between 8:30AM-9:30AM Geneva time, Proton suffered an incident when a maintenance operation which should have had minimal user impact resulted in downtime. We confirm no emails were lost, but some may be delayed. We apologize deeply for this unexpected downtime. The recovery took longer due to a number of unexpected/new errors. For transparency, we will share a post-incident report this week, along with steps we will be taking to prevent future occurrences.
